| Due to the size of our Guelph location, it has become necessary to create different receiving areas within the
building to ensure product and correspondence is routed and processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Effective immediately please use the below addressing guidelines when arranging any shipments for delivery to the Guelph location: |

1. For all Customer returns (RMA’s), customer refusals, undeliverable orders, and any other
customer related inbound shipments use the following address: |
2. For all Vendor shipments, samples, service orders, and in general any vendor related inbound
shipments use the following address: SYNNEX CANADA – PO RECEIVING 107 WOODLAWN RD. WEST DOCK# 4 GUELPH, ON, N1H 1B4 ATN. P.O. RECEIVING |
| 3. For all correspondence, courier envelopes and small (<5 Lbs) parcels not specifically
addressed to one of the above dock locations, use the following address: SYNNEX CANADA LTD. 107 WOODLAWN RD. WEST GUELPH, ON, N1H 1B4 ATN. RECEPTION |
Note: Larger parcels (>5 Lbs.) without a dock location on the address will be delivered to Dock#4 to be
